This is to inform you that we wound up and closed operations of SAGINOMIYA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. (hereinafter “SAS”) in December 2012 and have consolidated the operations of SAS with Saginomiya (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (hereafter “SAT”) which is another 100% Saginomiya owned subsidiary based in Thailand.
SAT operates all Asian and Oceania business, excluding Japan, China, Taiwan and Korea.
