2007 Automotive Engineering Exposition

To speed up development time of vehicles, "reform of development process" and "concurrent designing with the supplier" is needed. CVH146 6DOF Vibration Test System ｢Multi-axis Vibration Table｣ receives attention as a device to achieve it. Various uses are being conceived by applying this Test System such as intensity endurance test of the body and parts life estimation, without actual vehicles. In this exhibition, FF engine Assy was loaded. Also, torque load (2axis) equivalent to Engine output was added to 6DOF and has made it to 8axis. We demonstrated the simulation of car vibrations for the parts around the engine.
