The purpose of this system is to measure the quasi-static suspension
characteristics that affect on vehicle ride and handling. It applies a
variety of forces and displacement to the vehicle suspension slowly and
measures the wide range of parameters, such as kinematical characteristics
of the suspension, steering system geometry and compliance and so on.
